INDYCAR Drivers Root for World Cup Hopes

INDYCAR drivers including Dennis Hauger, Pato O'Ward, Louis Foster and Alex Palou are following their home countries' World Cup campaigns as they prepare to race at Mid-Ohio.

Norwegian rookie Dennis Hauger hopes to secure his first INDYCAR podium finish so he can celebrate with Norwegian fans if Norway advances in the World Cup. 'That's my only goal this year,' Hauger quipped. 'Get on the podium so I can row back to Norway and celebrate with that.'
