The board will hold a press conference on Monday at 5:30 PM to explain the background for the demand and their decision. The extraordinary general meeting will elect a new board to replace the current leadership consisting of Cecilie Gotaas Johnsen, Odd Einar Landsem, Carina Lorentzen Hepsø, Ola By Rise, Gisle Selnes, Arne Nypan, and Eileen Brandsegg.
