Jury Selected for Diggs Assault Trial

A jury has been seated for the assault trial of former New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who faces felony strangulation charges.

A jury of seven people—six women and one man—was selected at Dedham District Court for the trial of former Patriots star Stefon Diggs. The judge indicated the trial could last "two or three days."

Diggs, released by the Patriots in March, faces felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges related to an alleged incident at his Dedham home on December 2, 2025. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. xsportfeed.life
