PSG, Atletico Win Champions League Openers

Paris Saint-Germain defeated Liverpool 2-0 in the Champions League quarter-finals, while Atletico Madrid claimed their first win at Barcelona's Nou Camp since 2006.

PSG took an early lead through Désiré Doué's deflected effort in the 11th minute before Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sealed the victory in the 65th minute. Liverpool failed to register a single shot on target, continuing their recent struggles.

In Barcelona, Atletico Madrid earned a 2-0 victory with Julian Alvarez converting a free-kick after Barcelona's Pau Cubarsi was sent off for a last-man foul. Alexander Sørloth added a second goal in the 70th minute.
