Michigan wins NCAA title, beating UConn 69-63

Michigan secured its first NCAA men's basketball title since 1989 with a gritty 69-63 victory over UConn on Monday.

Elliot Cadeau led the Wolverines with 19 points, including the team's first basket from beyond the arc, and earned Most Outstanding Player honors. Despite struggling from the arc, Michigan muscled through a low-scoring affair.
