Bouanga's Hat Trick Lifts LAFC Past Orlando 6-0

Denis Bouanga recorded his fifth career MLS hat trick, while Son Heung-min contributed four assists to lead LAFC to a 6-0 victory over Orlando City.

Denis Bouanga scored three goals off assists from Son Heung-min in the 20th, 23rd and 28th minutes, with Son's cross also redirected by Orlando defender David Brekalo for the opening goal. Sergi Palencia and Tyler Boyd added goals for LAFC (6-0-1), while Orlando City (1-5-0) set a franchise record for largest margin of defeat in a regular-season game.

Hugo Lloris made six saves for LAFC, while Maxime Crépeau stopped two shots for Orlando. Boyd's goal was his first MLS score since July 13, 2024, while Palencia netted his first goal of the season.
