In a sold‑out Angel Stadium showdown, Jo Adell stole the spotlight by robbing three home runs from the Seattle Mariners, keeping the Angels’ 1‑0 lead intact. He first snatched a Cal Raleigh drive in the first inning, then a Josh Naylor shot in the eighth, and finally a J.P. Crawford drive in the ninth, leaping over the right‑field wall to secure the ball.

Defensive guru Torii Hunter praised the effort as “the greatest defensive game I’ve ever seen.” Adell, who struggled defensively early in his career, turned a corner in 2024 and delivered a game‑saving performance, ending his streak of errors that had once landed on SportsCenter’s Not Top 10 list.
