The Rams tight end has been in a California rehab facility for a substantial period before the recent allegations surfaced, his attorney Levi McCathern said on Wednesday. Nacua will remain in treatment for "a while longer" to improve his behavior in all aspects of his life, the lawyer added.
The rehab comes after Nacua faced criticism for an antisemitic gesture on a December livestream and a lawsuit from a Los Angeles woman who claims he made an antisemitic remark and bit her shoulder. Nacua denies the allegations "in the strongest possible terms," according to a statement shared with ABC.
