Blue Jays' Miles earns first win in MLB debut

Spencer Miles earned his first MLB win in his debut, striking out Max Muncy in the 11th inning as the Blue Jays won 8-7.

The 25-year-old right-hander blacked out briefly after completing his first inning, then received congratulations from veteran teammate Max Scherzer. Miles worked around a walk to end the frame and keep the game tied.

In the bottom of the 11th, Ernie Clement's single gave the Blue Jays their second straight walk-off victory to open the season.
