The Bills announced on Friday that safety Damar Hamlin has re‑signed a one‑year deal, staying with the team that drafted him in 2021.

The Buffalo Bills confirmed that safety Damar Hamlin has re‑signed a one‑year contract, making it the second consecutive offseason in which the former sixth‑round pick has opted to stay with the franchise.

Hamlin missed the 2025 season after a pectoral injury and was on injured reserve after five games. He returned to play five games in 2023 following the cardiac arrest incident in 2022, and will prepare for his sixth season on the Buffalo defense.
